ACCREDITATIONS, LICENSES AND AWARDS
New Care is the only medically intensive home healthcare agency in Washington accredited by the prestigious Joint Commission. Our agency and nurses have received numerous awards and accolades since the agency was founded in 1985. New Care has been listed with the Better Business Bureau since 1987 and remains in excellent standing.
New Care Concepts, Inc. is licensed by the State of Washington as an in-home services agency. We also have a Medicaid license to provide home health care services in Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish, Island, King, Pierce, Thurston, Mason, Kitsap, Lewis, and Grays Harbor Counties.

Our clients are our focus. Our entire team, from our licensed nurses to our clinical managers, schedulers and insurance specialists, put the needs of our clients first.
RN owned and managed
We were founded by an RN, and all of our clinical managers are also registered nurses. This focus on clinical excellence leads to higher standards of care and more positive experiences for our clients and nursing staff.
