WHY WORK AT NEW CARE

“Quality of life has always been something I’ve valued as a nurse, and the holistic, one-to-one care New Care’s setting provides for nurses is the perfect opportunity to exercise that philosophy. Home health gives clients and their caregivers hospital quality care without many of the setbacks associated with an inpatient setting. Overall, working for New Care has always been a fulfilling experience, and I highly recommend other nurses to join and experience the same!”

“I wanted to share a bit about my experience working with an agency that serves medically intensive pediatric clients. You’ll find that this agency provides an excellent orientation program, educational support, and offers great pay with flexible schedules. We live in a world of advanced technology, where human-to-human connection can easily be lost. However, New Care allows nurses to provide heartfelt, one-to-one holistic care to our clients.  I’ve been working here since 2012, and I’m happy to say that I look forward to many more years of service.”
